Christopher Codeanne, Chief Financial Officer 
In December 2010, Chris Codeanne joined Premier Research as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Premier Research, Chris held a number of senior finance positions in the CRO industry. As the COO and CFO of Oncopartners, Chris was instrumental in establishing business and financial operations in Latin America. As CFO of Averion International, Chris led the growth of the business in both the US and Europe through the acquisition, integration and financing of an European-based CRO which doubled the size of the company and was instrumental in bringing the organization in compliance with public market standards. At SCIREX Corporation, Chris was a key member of the leadership team that grew the business from under $10MM in net revenue to over $70MM at its peak. Chris holds a MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and is also a certified public accountant. Chris is Director, Audit Committee Chairman and member of the compensation and nominating committees of Cornerstone Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CRTX), a specialty pharmaceutical company.
