David Wiseman, Chief Financial Officer 
David Wiseman is an experienced Chief Financial Officer having served on the boards of a number of publicly traded and private equity backed service sector companies. Most recently, he consulted for a large US private equity house. From 2005 to 2008, he served  as CFO with Cannons Health & Fitness (now part of Nuffield Health), one of the United Kingdom’s leading health club chains having previously held similar roles with holiday autos group, then the world’s largest international car rental broker, and Safestore PLC, Europe’s leading self storage operator. Prior to that, he was CFO and managing director in a private equity fund and an investee company. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985.
