Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kyle has over 14 years of experience in financial management and is responsible for the company’s corporate finance strategy and the fulfilment of financial control, taxation, treasury and other financial activities. Mr. Kyle joined the company in 2005 with the financial responsibility of integrating acquisitions into the Group. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kyle held a number of senior finance positions whilst working within the Semiconductor Industry where he was responsible for a number of initiatives to reduce cost and improve profit margins. Mr. Kyle began his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a BSc (Econ) from the University of Hull.
