Chief Operating Officer
Dr. McCall rejoined Premier Research in early 2007 as Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Dr. McCall was the President and CEO of Advanced Clinical Research Services (ACRS), a company focused on the development and implementation of technology-enabled data management platforms. Prior to his tenure at ACRS, Dr. McCall was Vice President, Business Development for Premier Research. Dr. McCall began his career at Penwest Pharmaceuticals where he was Vice President, Development and had leadership responsibility for developing pharmaceutical products using the company's proprietary drug delivery technologies. While at Penwest, Dr. McCall led the company's efforts that resulted in four product approvals. He is co-inventor on four patents involving Penwest's drug delivery technologies. Dr. McCall received his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Christian Brothers University and his doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center.
